Nearly 16,000 apartments are slated to come online in South Florida this year, but rents are still expected to keep rising, according to a new report. Ocean One Boynton LLC, an affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based Washington Real Estate Partners, wants to rezone the 3.63-acre site at 114 N.
